Physical, musculoskeletal, mental, emotional, hormonal and postural are some of the stresses affecting every individual today. Through good nutrition and physical activity one can reduce physical stresses.

Mental and emotional stresses affect individual health at a large, leading to physical diseases, depression, lack of concentration, memory, stamina and a lack of well-being. Through Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation we can help individuals reduce mental stress which in turn can help to reduce physical stress.
